Terms of Service

1. Who can use OmeLucky

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for services like this, and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use OmeLucky if we have previously closed your account for breaking the rules, unless we have told you otherwise.

Using the site from a place where it is not allowed is your responsibility. We may restrict access from some regions.

2. What OmeLucky provides

OmeLucky offers random one-on-one matching by video, audio or text, an Online list of people you can open and contact, profiles, follows, messages, calls started from a profile, automatic translation of typed messages, short videos and a Live tab for watching streams. Users cannot broadcast on the Live tab.

Features change over time. We may add, adjust or remove parts of the service, and we try to give notice on the site when a change affects how you use it.

3. Your account

A guest session is created when you first visit, and it works like an account. You are responsible for activity under it, including anything done by someone else on your device. Keep access to your device and any linked email to yourself.

Information you add to your profile must be accurate enough not to mislead others about who you are. Pretending to be another person, a celebrity or a company is not allowed.

4. Paying, and not paying

• Every new account starts with some free matches. The Reward Center on the match screen can grant more free matches while you stay online, more than once a day. The number and conditions are set by us and may change.
• Coins are a virtual currency for extra matches and other features. Coins are worth nothing outside OmeLucky: they cannot be cashed out, swapped for money or moved to someone else.
• VIP is an optional upgrade. What it includes is described at the point of purchase.
• You see the price before confirming any purchase. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
• Purchases are generally final once the coins or VIP have been delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact support with the date and amount.

5. How to behave

OmeLucky only works if people treat each other decently. When you use it, you must not:

• Harass, threaten or insult people, or treat anyone worse because of who they are.
• Show or share sexually explicit material, nudity or violent content, on camera or in messages.
• Involve anyone under the required age in any way.
• Ask others for money, gifts, passwords or personal details, or promote products, services or other sites.
• Record, screenshot or share other users’ images, voices or messages without their permission.
• Use bots, scripts, fake camera feeds or anything that interferes with the service or other users.
• Break the law or encourage anyone else to.

6. Reports and enforcement

You can report other users from the chat or by email. We look at reports and may warn users, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and keep records needed to prevent repeat harm. We can act on our own judgment when we believe someone has broken these terms, even without a report.

If your account is closed for a serious breach, unused coins and VIP time may be lost. If you think we made a mistake, write to support and explain why.

7. Content you share

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you add. You give OmeLucky permission to host, display and transmit that content as needed to run the service, for example showing your profile photo in the Online list. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

The OmeLucky name, logo, design and software belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

8. Strangers, and the brands we mention

Conversations are with strangers, and we cannot vouch for what any user says or does. Use your judgment and leave any chat that makes you uncomfortable.

OmeLucky is independent and is not operated by, endorsed by or connected with OmeTV, LuckyCrush, Omegle or any other service mentioned on the site. Those names belong to their owners.

9. Disclaimers and liability

OmeLucky comes as it is, whenever it is available. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, OmeLucky is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
