Contact OmeLucky: one email address

OmeLucky support lives at one email address: [email protected]. Before you write, a few quick fixes below solve most camera, sound and connection problems in under a minute.

Where do you write to?

To [email protected]. One address handles everything: technical trouble, payments, reports that need more context, and requests about your data. There is no form on this site, on purpose, because an email lets you attach a screenshot and lets us answer properly instead of with a ticket number.

English is easiest for us, but write in whatever language you are comfortable with. One problem per email helps, because different issues usually go to different people.

Can you fix it yourself first?

Most camera, sound and connection problems, yes. They nearly always come down to a blocked browser permission, another app holding the camera, or a weak network. One of these usually works in less than a minute, which is quicker than any reply:

  • Camera or microphone won’t start: allow both in your browser’s site settings for omelucky.com, then reload.
  • Black screen from the other person: usually their connection. Tap Next.
  • Picture freezes: move closer to the router, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • Echo or feedback: put headphones on.
  • Page won’t load at all: update your browser or try Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

If the problem only happens on one device, say so in your email; it narrows things down fast. The cam chat page has a fuller setup checklist if your picture looks dark or odd.

What belongs in a good support email?

Enough for someone to understand the problem without writing back to ask. Include the device and browser you were using, roughly when it happened and what you expected to see. A screenshot is worth a paragraph. For payment questions, add the date and the amount, never your full card number.

And leave out passwords. Nobody at OmeLucky will ever ask for one.

What happens after you write?

Your email lands with a person, who reads it and either answers or passes it to whoever handles that kind of problem. Replies come from the same support address, so check spam if you are waiting. If we need more detail we ask once, clearly, rather than sending you round a script.

Reports and data requests

If someone crosses a line during a chat, leave and flag them. If there is more to say, email the support address with the time of the chat and what happened.

For a copy of your data or to delete your account, write from the address linked to your account, or include your user ID if you use a guest session. Our privacy policy lists what is stored and the retention rules.

Looking for something else? The about page explains who runs the site, the OmeLucky homepage covers how it works, and talking to strangers is a gentler read.

Before you write

Support, quickly.

Is there a phone number?

No. Email is the only support channel, so every request leaves a written trail you can refer back to.

Can you help with an OmeTV or LuckyCrush account?

No. OmeLucky is a separate site and has no access to accounts anywhere else. Contact those services directly.

Can I get a refund for coins?

Write to support with the date and amount of the purchase and what went wrong. Requests are handled under the terms of service.

Can I report someone after the chat has ended?

Yes. Email support with the approximate time of the chat and what happened, and include their display name if you saw it.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or include your user ID, and ask for deletion.
